For two years, I held the role of General Manager at the Droga5 São Paulo office, where I was tasked with the critical responsibilities of structuring, launching, and leading the office. My role was pivotal in bringing the unique Droga5 DNA, culture, and ways of working to Brazil, ensuring that we maintained the essence of our global brand while integrating the rich dynamism of Brazilian culture.
